Rental Units Amenities
All lodging units have air conditioning and heat, cable, flat screen TV's, WIFI, fully furnished modern kitchens with utensils, cookware, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, coffee, crock pot, hand mixer, refrigerator and gas grill. We furnish dish soap at the kitchen sink, liquid hand soap at the bathroom sink, complimentary bodywash, conditioner and shampoo, coffee filters, toilet paper, all bed linens, bathroom and kitchen towels. Each unit has deck with patio furniture.

To ensure a great experience for all of our guests, we reserve each unit exclusively for you once your booking is confirmed and remove it from availability. Because of this, guests are responsible for all dates reserved.
A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your total stay. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We gladly accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. All applicable local and state taxes will be added to each reservation, regardless of payment method.
Cancellation Policy
We rely on advance reservations to operate smoothly and appreciate your understanding of the following cancellation guidelines:

60 days or more before check-in: Full refund of all nights, minus a 10% processing fee

45–59 days before check-in: 50% refund of all nights

Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund (100% of the reservation total is charged)
For peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially if your plans may be subject to change.
Additional People:
Each lodging unit rate is the same but per the county, only a certain number of people are allowed to stay and it is specific to that unit. There is no fee for additional people but the person whose name is on the rental agreement must be present on all rental days.
Cleaning Fee:
$200.00 for all units

We tried to make our checkout instructions simple so that you don't have a lot to do on your departure day. Here is what we ask:

Please clean dirty dishes up and put them away. If your unit is equipped with a dishwaher we kindly ask you place dishes in the dishwasher and start the load.

Pets Allowed:

Pet Policy: $150.00 per pet per stay. No cats. Very few resorts allow dogs. In order for this accommodation to be right for both parties we ask that you follow a few simple, reasonable guidelines:

Vaccinations must be current including kennel cough & free of fleas and ticks.

If you leave your dog alone in the cabin in MUST be placed in a kennel/crate. NO EXCEPTIONS!

When outside, you must walk your dog on a leash and pick up their solid waste.

Excessive or nuisance barking cannot be tolerated. You must maintain control of your pet’s behavior at all times.

Failure to adhere to these very reasonable guidelines, will result in being asked to leave with no refund.
